Florence Bespoke headboard - made in a wide range of fabrics

Step 1:   Headboard Style.  All of our headboards are made by us to order. Choose our standard ‘Florence’ design (as shown) or have it adapted (style/width/height) to suit you and your bedroom.

Step 2:   Dimensions.  Whilst we happily make our headboards in all UK standard bed sizes, including double, kingsize and superking headboards we specialise in producing headboards in almost any width and height.   Please contact us with your wall/bed dimensions for prices and ideas.

Step 3:   Fabric choice includes:-

  • c.o.m. *subject to suitability and must be fire retardant

from quality houses such as Bute Fabrics, Johnstons of Elgin,  Moon wool, Abbotsford,  Romo, Kirkby Design, Designer Guild,  Linwood, Warwick, Ross Fabrics, Crest Leather, Skopos and others in a myriad of textures and colours. Given the number of available fabrics we have only been able to price a small selection online. If there is a particular fabric or colour you wish, please contact us.

We are happy to discuss colours and fabrics and send out free fabric swatches on request.

Step 4:   Fixings.   Our headboards are supplied with either bed straps to attach your divan bed or wall fixings which are ideal for extra large headboards. 

The dimensions below are standard sizes for guidance; however this headboard can be made to your specific sizes/specification. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

The Florence is a modern version of a classic upholstered headboard which oozes comfort and style. With its rich colours and luxurious textures it makes a wonderful focal point in either a hotel or fine home’s master bedroom. The versatility of this design is shown by the difference the choice of fabric makes. We have shown wool plaid, heavily jacquered and deep lilac toned steel satin versions as examples.  This is a superb hand crafted headboard produced here to the highest standard.

You can order extra material for a throw or consider having an upholstered base covered in the same fabric.

Standard sizes fit - Small double, Double, King size, Euro king and Super king  beds.

Standard height - 80cm; standard depth 5cm

Our bespoke “design your own” collection allows almost limitless options. We make the headboard of your dreams to your size, specification and colour scheme. We’ll even help with suggestions if you like. Our designers and craftsmen are on hand to help with your plans.
