Bespoke Contemporary Beds Collection
Upholstered Swarovski Crystal bed

The Bespoke Crystal contemporary bed is shown upholstered in Graphite faux suede with the headboard inlayed with Swarovski crystals. You can easily adapt this style of boutique bed to create your ideal designer look choosing from our wide range of fabrics.

Alterations to the standard beds incur a surcharge.

Step 1:  Our bespoke “design your own” collection allows almost limitless options. We make the design of your dreams to your specification and colour scheme. We’ll even help with suggestions if you like. Our designers and craftsmen are on hand to help with your plans. sales@robinsonsbeds.co.uk 

This bespoke bed can be made to measure in standard or custom sizes.  The headboard can be taller or shorter; the base higher or lower.

Step 2:  Choose your fabric from our vast range including -

  • wool

  • genuine and faux leather 
  • c.o.m. *subject to suitability and must be fire retardant

from quality fabric houses such as: Bute wool, Johnstons of Elgin, Moon wool, Abbotsford, Romo, Designer Guild, Linwood, Warwick, Ross, Kirkby Design, Crest Leather, Skopos, Streets and others in a myriad of textures and colours.

Given the number of available fabrics we have only been able to price a small selection online. If there is a particular fabric or colour you wish, please contact us. As we offer a bespoke service, you can also supply a suitable fabric of your own provided it is fire retardant.

Step 3:  The base is upholstered in the same fabric as the headboard eliminating the need for a valance.  You can specify the height of the base: low, medium or very high. Choose your favourite bed base feet to finish the look. We have displayed a small selection here however if there is something specific you are looking for let us know as we have many more options available.

Storage options available are:  

  • ½ ottoman storage base 
  • 2 drawers; 1 each side at bottom
  • 4 drawers
  • ½ ottoman storage base + 2 drawers

Note - drawers are not possible in leather or faux leather

The Crystal contemporary bed with its fine Swarovski crystals has a luxuriously padded headboard with matching base, the Crystal bed is shown here in Anthracite faux suede with genuine crystals and dark oak feet. If you prefer, you could indulge your inner interior designer and re-design this bed to your taste e.g. add extra height for a dramatic statement or use signature colours and jet black crystals to suit your décor and personality. The attention to detail and quality of finish in the contemporary Bespoke collection is superb; as is the texture and quality of the faux suede chosen for this example.

This is a superb hand crafted piece of furniture produced here to the highest standard.

You can order extra material if you wish to add a matching throw, cushions etc. We also make a fabulous range of bedroom chairs, stools, chaise longue, occasional benches and ottoman boxes in the same or matching fabrics.

The headboard can be supplied with wooden straps which attach it to the base or wall mounting fixings.
